Happy New Year! 2025 I am Sheikh Musa Aliyu, Founder and President of the Taraba Muslims and Christians Consultative Forum. Since 2012, I have been dedicated to enhancing social awareness among Muslim and Christian scholars, fostering improved relations between young Muslims and Christians. Through tireless efforts, I have achieved significant successes in promoting mutual understanding among Muslim and Christian religious scholars, as well as strengthening relationships between young Muslims and Christians. Moreover, I have encouraged youths to engage in handicrafts and empowerment programs, aimed at preserving their dignity. Notably, I have undertaken this work without any financial assistance from governments, organizations, or individuals. Despite this, I remain resolute in my commitment to ending religious violence in Nigeria within the next few years, God willing. The Taraba Muslims and Christians Consultative Forum is a platform that aims to foster dialogue, understanding, and cooperation between Muslims and Christians in the of Nigeria. Its primary mission is to promote peace, harmony, and unity among followers of both faiths in the region. By providing a space for open communication, mutual respect, and shared values, the forum seeks to address issues of religious tension, conflict, and misunderstanding, ultimately working towards building a more cohesive and inclusive community where people of different faiths can coexist peacefully. Through various initiatives, discussions, and activities, the forum works to bridge the divide between Muslims and Christians, enhance interfaith relations, and contribute to a more tolerant and harmonious society in Nigeria.
